Abstract:	本研究的主要目的是透過行動研究的方法試圖設計出一份「婚前預備」團體方案，以協助國內將婚伴侶提升伴侶溝通及親密關係，進而期望能推展並減緩國內離婚率的攀升。另外，研究者也希望透過研究的歷程，來幫助自己獲得更多在執行婚前預備工作的經驗。本研究使用行動研究法，已藉由行動研究的歷程：瞭解問題、閱讀文獻、實際觀察、訪談將婚伴侶、設計團體方案、反思、修改等歷程，形成初步的婚前預備團體方案之設計，並在實際帶領後，收集相關資訊後再加以修正，以形成一適合國內婚前預備方案的架構和核心概念。本方案架構分為四部份：團體前宣傳、團體前置作業、團體設計、與團體結束。核心概念包括六項：一、以團體階段和團體動力為基礎設計團體，二、讓成員體驗信任、容許差異、相互感激的團體氣氛，三、培養伴侶一體感，四、養成彼此分享與持續不斷學習的習慣，五、省思是營造幸福的法寶，六、團體方案是持續修正的過程。本研究有以下二項結論：一、藉由行動研究的歷程發展一份「婚前預備團體方案」架構和核心概念；二、本研究資料，有助於研究者瞭解國內婚前預備團體方案的現況，也可提供給有志從事婚前預備的實務工作者一參考方向，進而能累進研究成果。最後研究者根據研究發現，對婚前預備團體實務及未來研究方向提出建議。 This research was about designing a premarital preparation group program which could help couples to enhance their communicative and intimate relationship and slowed down the rate of percentage of divorced domestically by using practical action research methods. In addition, researcher hoped that the premarital preparation group program could be obtained some implement experiences during the period of study. This research using practical action methods planed a premarital preparation group program through understanding problems, reading references, observing person, interviewing couples, redesigning program, introspection, practical practice, collecting data from the group members to modify this program repeatedly. Finally, the results were constructed a suitable premarital preparation program for the country. This research dividing four aspects: propagated with the group, prepared for the group, designed with the group and ended the group. Six of items were emerged from research process: 1. Base on the group phase and the group dynamics to design group program. 2. Let members experience trustworthiness, allowing differences and appreciate each other in the atmosphere of the group. 3. Develop couples as unity. 4. Acquire the sharing and learning from each other. 5. Building harmony atmosphere through retrospection. 6. It was a process to modify the package method continually. Two conclusions were found: 1. using practical action research methods could develop the kernel of concept and the structure of a premarital preparation program. 2. These research results could provide practial information to help the domain worlers to understand the status quo of domestical premarital preparation programs and the reference resources for further effects. In conclusion, the study raised several recommendations for the premarital preparation program and further direction of research based on the findings of this research.
