| 摘要: | 提升兒童發展篩檢利用率及服務品質，一直是衛生單位戮力
婦幼衛生工作的目標。如何提升兒童發展篩檢技能？落實兒童發展篩檢服務及品質監控，提高異常發現率，早期於3歲以前發現發展遲緩兒童，成為重要的研究議題。
本研究採量化研究，以問卷調查方式針對南投縣兒童照顧者，共發放650份問卷，有效問卷546份。回收率84%。其次，將資料透過平均數、標準差、次數分配、百分比、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較法相關等統計方法加以分析，最後將資料整理分析，推論出結論及建議。
本研究有三個主要預期成果：
1.了解衛政系統兒童發展篩檢利用現況。
2.了解衛政系統兒童發展篩檢利用現況的影響因素。
3.了解衛政系統兒童發展篩檢服務滿意度的影響因素。
The continuing increase in the utilization rate and quality of child development screening services is a major goal for maternal and child health programs of public health departments. To reach such goal improving techniques and efficacy of development screening is crucial. Therefore, the effectiveness of screening and quality monitoring programs, the improvement in abnormality detection rate, and the early diagnosis (before age three) of development delay have become important research issues.
This study used a quantitative methodology involving a questionnaire. Questionnaires were given to 650 child carers in Nantou County. A total of 546 eligible questionnaires were returned (response rate = 84%). The data was analyzed by the statistic methods of frequency-distribution, t-test , one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' method.
This study is expected to achieve the followings:
(1)To understand the current utilization situation of child development screening services provided by public health departments.
(2)To understand factors affecting the current utilization situation of child development screening services provided by public health departments.
