    摘要: 《黃帝內經》約成書於戰國至西漢期間,由《素問》和《靈樞》組成,為現存傳統最早的醫書。書中主要以陰陽五行的相生相克,上下表裏的人身真氣的常與變為規則,說明藏象生成,針道經絡、五運六氣的理論與操作方法,說明氣化生生在天人間的完整對應關係。首段以天人相應觀念為背景,說明人身的陰陽、氣運與天象相印,東南西北四方與五行、五味、五臟、五宮等相應,若不相應,病由之而生。再言六氣與五臟,外在的天、地、風、雷、穀、雨等氣與肺、嗌、肝、心、脾、腎相通,復言五運與六氣,五運為春、夏、秋、冬再加一長夏,六氣為春、夏、君火、相火、秋、冬等,互通構成元氣論在人身的構造。

    The Huangdi Neijing was written approximately from the Warring States Period to the Western Han Dynasty. It consists of Suwen and Lingshu and is the earliest existing traditional medical book.
