摘要: | 全人健康係指個人在生理、心理及社會方面處於安適的狀態,而不僅是沒有生病的狀態。運動員在追求最佳競技表現的過程,除了在生理上要承受高於一般人訓練負荷,在心理方面也經常面臨來自生活、訓練與競賽的各種壓力。過度訓練、受傷和倦怠等因素更容易造成環境與個人的知覺互動失衡,進而提高壓力強度,甚至令運動員付出焦慮、憂鬱等不良心理健康代價。2020年以來,全球為了阻止COVID-19的疫情蔓延而採取封鎖、保持社交距離等政策,此舉從根本上影響運動員的專業運動生涯。本研究以文獻探討的方式,探討疫情下運動員心理健康管理,期許能幫助大學生運動員克服壓力並能持聚焦於其預定目標,從而在競爭過程中保持情緒平衡以維持心理健康。
A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity is the definition of health by WHO. However, during pursuing the best competitive performance, athletes not only have to bear physical over loads, but also often face various psychological pressures from life, training and competition. Factors such as overtraining, injury and/or burnout are more likely to lead imbalances between the environment and the individual's perception, which in turn increases stress levels and even cause the athlete with poor mental health. Since 2020, lockdown and social distance were adopted as policies to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic which fundamentally affect the professional sports career of athletes. This study discusses the mental health management of athletes under the epidemic through literature reviewing and hope to assist athletes overcome stress and keep focusing on their predetermined goals, and then maintain emotional balance and mental health during the competition. |
