    摘要: 目的:現今社會的運動風氣相當盛行,若想獲得良好的運動體驗,勢必要具備一定的動作技巧。運動學習便在運動技能的學習與教學扮演了重要的角色。體育科系學生多為將來體育師資與運動教練人才,因此,本研究將透過行動研究之方式,探索台灣國內某大學體育科系學生經過運動學習課程的學習並採教學實習介入後,對運動技能學習知識的效果。方法:以方便取樣,針對14名修習運動學習課程之體育系學生,進行為期16週的教學活動,最後2週透過線上一對一半結構式深入晤談進行資料蒐集,以了解學生對於何種方法可以促進運動動作技能的學習。將錄音轉為逐字稿後,透過Elo與Kyngas(2008)的內容分析法進行資料分析。結果:總計產生273項有意義的主題,這些主題又可分為5種類別,代表著研究參與者認為能夠促進運動學習效率的因素,包括:感官刺激的接收、認知處理功能、回饋、練習的安排、個別學習差異。結論:本研究揭露了許多促進運動學習上的關鍵因素,對於未來學生進行運動技能教學很有幫助,同時給予未來研究方向提出建議。

    Purposes: In today's society, sports are very popular. To get a good sports experience, it is necessary to have certain movement skills. Motor learning plays an important role in the learning and teaching of motor skills. Most of the students in the Department of Physical Education are future sports teachers and sports coaches. Therefore, this study adopted action research to explore the perception, thoughts and experience of the principles of motor learning of Taiwanese physical education college students after the intervention of the motor learning course. Methods: Through the convenience sampling, a 16-week teaching activity was conducted for 14 physical education students in the sports learning course, and the last two weeks were collected through online one-to-one-half structured in-depth interviews. After converting the interview records to verbatim transcripts, data analysis was performed using the content analysis method of Elo and Kyngas (2008). Results: A total of 273 meaningful themes were generated, which in turn were grouped into 5 categories representing the efficiency of motor learning that the participants believed to promote motor learning. Including: reception of sensory stimuli, cognitive processing function, feedback, arrangement of practicing and individual learning differences. Conclusion: This study revealed many key factors that promote motor learning, explained the reasons why each factor improved the benefits of motor learning, and gave suggestions for future research directions.
