Abstract:	日本岸田文雄內閣於 2023 年公布「宇宙安全保障構想」，其內涵包括：一、透過太空安全來保護經濟安全；二、建構太空安全來抗衡他國太空威脅；三、太空國際合作暨國內產業發展；究其目的不外乎地緣政治風險的控管、國家經濟利益的追求、以及國際民主國家太空合作的強化。日本正積極透過參與美國月球計畫，對內完善「日本宇宙港」及 H3 火箭的多元發展，展現日本太空自主的能力，殊值我國思考與應處。
