Abstract:	本研究主要目的在探討居民永續觀光發展態度與民眾參與、社區依附三者之間的關係，永續觀光發展態度分為「環境的永續性」、「社會成本」、「經濟利益¬」、「長期的規劃」、「觀光客的滿意度」以及「以社區為中的經濟」六個構面；而社區依附則分為「地方依附」、「社區意識」、「地方認同感」、「功能性依附」、「社會依附」五構面，以及「民眾參與」來評估。本研究採問卷調查方法，針對北投溫泉區居民進行問卷發放，經分析發現居民對於北投地區有著高度的依附感，對永續觀光發展態度也呈現高度正面支持，但實際參與社區活動程度較低；並經相關分析檢測後發現永續觀光發展態度與社區依附間為正相關，永續觀光發展態度與民眾參與兩者並無顯者關係，而社區依附與民眾參與之間呈現正相關。 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of residents’ sustainable tourism development attitude, community participation and community attachment. En-vironment sustainability, social costs, economic benefits, long-term planning, vistor sat-isfaction and community-centered economy were considered as the main factors of sus-tainable tourism development attitude. Place attachment, sense of community, place identity, functional attachment and social attachment were considered as the main fac-tors of community attachment. The attitude of the residents’ sustainable tourism devel-opment, community attachment and community participation were investigated. Ques-tionnaires were send to the residents who lived in Peitou hot spring town. The results of this study were achieves as follows: People live in Peitou held a positive attitude on community attachment, and also held positive attitude on sustainable tourism develop-ment, but are absence of community participation. The results of analysis of correlation were achieves as follows: The higher the sus-tainable tourism development attitude of the residents, the higher the community at-tachment of the residents. The higher the community attachment of the residents, the more they involve in community participation; nevertheless, the sustainable tourism development attitude has no correlation with community participation.
