    摘要: 本研究依據PAMAM本身具有的內部空隙體積之空間捕捉效應(Encapsulation of guest molecules)及良好的擴散性(diffusion),利用PAMAM高分子存在之空隙體積,直接將染劑捕捉在內部,待選定良好的指示劑後,再添加Poly-MAPTAC來調控吸濕能力,並利用膠帶、紗布賦予軟性特性,以合成出Poly -MAPTAC/廣用指示劑/PAMAM膠帶式色變感測器。
    利用傅立葉轉換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)來分析Poly -MAPTAC/廣用指示劑/PAMAM色變材料之材料結構特徵。使用色差儀量測Poly -MAPTAC/廣用指示劑/PAMAM色變材料接觸氣體前後所改變三原色值,得到紅(R)綠(G)藍(B)三種色值後,再計算出總色差值,並針對Poly-MAPTAC吸濕材料添加量來做最佳量探討,以證明Poly-MAPTAC吸濕材料對於此色變材料的影響性,並進一步探討對氣體的選擇性與感測能力,從結果可得出對二氧化硫氣體擁有良好的選擇性。

    This study utilizes the encapsulation and diffusion properties of guest molecules of PAMAM, which inherently have internal void volume. By utilizing the void volume present in the PAMAM polymer, the dye is directly captured within the internal structure. Selecting an appropriate pH-indicator,then, Poly-MAPTAC was added to regulate the moisture absorption capacity. Flexible properties are imparted using materials such as tape and gauze, resulting in the synthesis of a Poly-MAPTAC/universal indicator/PAMAM tape-type gasochromic SO2 gas sensor.
    The material structural characteristics of the Poly-MAPTAC/universal indicator/PAMAM gasochromic material were analyzed using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy . A colorimeter was employed to measure the changes in the three primary color values Red (R), Green (G), Blue (B) of the Poly-MAPTAC/universal indicator/PAMAM gasochromic material before and after gas exposing. The total color difference value was then calculated. Furthermore, the effect of the optimal amount of added Poly-MAPTAC on the response of the Poly-MAPTAC/universal indicator/PAMAM gasochromic material was studied. Finally, the selectivity, working range and sensing linearity of the tape-type gasochromic SO2 gas sensor were further studied.
