This study examines the relationship between work pressure and organizational citizenship behavior variables from the perspective of "work pressure ", and whether the above relationship will be different due to work value interference variables. A re-view of past research. Some studies have pointed out that workers generally regard work pressure as a negative effect, and organizational citizenship behavior can also bring huge benefits to the organization. In addition, some research points out that work values are the importance an individual attaches to his job or working conditions and results. It is the manifestation of an individual's inner needs, such as inner driving force, etc. Therefore, this study examines whether "work values" mediate the relationship between "work pressure " and "organizational citizenship behavior". This study used electronic questionnaires and paper questionnaires, taking 177 Taiwanese workers over the age of 20 as the research subjects: using the Work Pressure Scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, and Work Value Scale to measure "work pressure " and "organizational citizenship" behavior ”. " and "work values" and other main research variables. The research results show: (1) "Anxiety stress", "time pressure" and "organ-izational citizenship behavior" are not significantly related. (2) "Intrinsic values and social values" have a significant positive interference effect on "anxiety stress" and "organizational citizenship behavior".
