摘要: | 本研究為開發以使用染劑(pH指示劑)的比色法為原理基礎,另外在色變材料中(染劑/載體(SiO2))中再添加具有同時吸附/濃縮效果的吸水性材料(聚3-甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵 ([3 (methacrylamino) propyl] trimethyl ammonium chloride; Poly-MAPTAC)來提高色變材料的感度,達到可即時感測低濃度氣體的目的,開發出新穎性的超高感度肉眼可見可定量的貼片式鹼氣(氨氣)之氣致色變化學感測器,並利用讀色器量出每個貼片式氣致色變化學感測器的紅(Red)、綠(Green)、藍(Blue)三原色的色值後,再計算出總色差值(total color difference, C),建立肉眼可見可線性定量的貼片式氣致色變化學感測器技術平台,應用於工廠氨氣管路微洩漏的即時偵測。
In this work, a gasochromic sensing adhesive tape with highly sensitive and quantitative properties for the application of in-situ detecting micro-leakage of NH3 gas were fabricated based on colorimetric method using dyes (pH indicator). An absorption/concentration system that was added water-absorbing material ([3 (methacrylamino) propyl] trimethyl ammonium chloride; Poly-MAPTAC) was used to improve the sensitivity of the gasochromic sensing adhesive tape for in-situ sensing micro-leakage of gases. Additionally, the total color difference (C) was calculated based on the raw data of the red, green, and blue of image using a color reader for quantitation application. |
