    Abstract: 論文提要內容:
    在職場上無論是什麼年齡層、從事何種行業、任職於哪個職稱,年資長短,工作不安全感及工作怠惰都有極可能發生任何人的身上,一定也會影響到工作上的個人表現及效率,工作不安全對每個人的影響不見得都是一樣,想法上較積極正面者與個性懶散負面者所顯現的行為也不盡相同亦或許個性迴異者彼此之間也會互相影響,本研究主要探討工作不安全與工作怠惰兩者之間是否影響組織認同導致工作怠惰感的差異性,以組織認同為中介變數,深入了解及特性的不同而存在著差異。

    ABSTRACT
    Regardless of the age group, work insecurity and work laziness are very likely to happen to anyone, and it will definitely affect various performance and efficiency at work. The impact of work insecurity on everyone is not necessarily a negative situation, The behaviors of more positive thinking people are different from those of negative and lazy people. Maybe people with different personalities will also influence each other. This study mainly explores whether work insecurity affects organizational iden-tity and leads to work laziness. There are differences in sense of differences, with or-ganizational identification as an intermediary variable, in-depth understanding and differences in characteristics.
