摘要: | 本研究目的經由研究了解員工個人特質與工作敬業產生的影響,並以工作經驗為干擾變數觀察其對員工個人特質與工作敬業間的干擾作用。本研究採用量化量表,使用問卷蒐集方式進行,探討員工個人特質、工作經驗與工作敬業之間的關係。
本論文以「年滿15歲有工作經驗之兼職或正職員工」作為便利抽樣對象,以網路與紙本問卷在親朋好友及同事間發放,共發出225份問卷,整理過後有效問卷共157份,有效回收率為70%。利用SPSS電腦操作軟體,以敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析與階層迴歸分析等方法,得出統計數據進而研究。
研究結果顯示員工個人特質與工作敬業之關係為顯著正相關,而工作經驗在員工個人特質與工作敬業之間不具顯著正向干擾效果。期望藉由本研究之探討提供後續研究者以及企業相關人力資源實務管理建議。
The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of employee personal traits and work engagement through research, and to use work experience as an interfering variable to observe its interference effect on employees' personal traits and work engagement. This study uses a quantitative scale to collect questionnaires to explore the relationship between employees' personal characteristics, work experience and work engagement.
This paper uses "part-time or full-time employees over 15 years old with work experience" as the convenience sampling object. A total of 225 questionnaires were distributed. After sorting, a total of valid questionnaires were 157 copies, the effective recovery rate is 70%. Using SPSS computer operating software, narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and other methods were used to obtain statistical data for further research.
The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between employees' personal characteristics and work engagement, and work experience has no positive interference effect between employees' personal characteristics and work engagement. It is hoped that the discussion of this study will provide subsequent researchers and enterprises with relevant practical management suggestions for human resources. |
