摘要: | 目的:本研究旨在探討臺北市國小女教師休閒風格及其生命週期發展對休閒風格轉變的影響。方法:採質性深度訪談研究法,以半結構式訪談大綱,針對休閒看法、休閒興趣及參與休閒活動三個面向蒐集資料,歸納出臺北市國小女教師的休閒風格轉變。採立意取樣的方式選取 10 位不同生命週期階段 (未婚、已婚未育、已婚已育) 目前在臺北市公立國民小學任教的正式女教師為研究對象;研究訪談期間自民國113 年1 月至 113 年 10 月。結果:研究發現臺北市國小女教師對休閒看法,包括:重視精神層面的享受、喜愛放鬆的感覺、建立關係和培養感情及實現自我等四個觀點。再者,對休閒興趣,包括:都市流行娛樂、身體美學及豐裕性消費等三個面向。休閒風格則兼具流行性、知識性及奢華性;然而,因平日、假日或寒暑假而有所差異。女性成年生命週期主要發生在進入婚姻及生兒育女,此兩階段限制休閒活動的時間與空間,進而導致休閒風格的轉變。結論:臺北市國小女教師的休閒風格由未婚時期的「花蝴蝶」風格,轉變為已婚且無小孩時期的「比翼鳥式」風格,最終演變為已婚且有小孩時期的「家庭模式」風格。

Purpose: This study aimed to explore the transformation of leisure styles among female teachers in Taipei municipal elementary schools and how their life cycle development influenced these leisure styles. Method: A qualitative in-depth interview method was employed, utilizing a semi-structured interview outline to collect data on three dimensions: leisure perspectives, leisure interests, and leisure activity involvement, to summarize the transformation of leisure styles of female teachers in Taipei municipal elementary schools. Purposive sampling was used to select ten full-time female teachers as research subjects, representing different life cycle stages: unmarried, married without children, and married with children. The interviews were conducted from January to October 2024. Results: The study found that the female teachers held four leisure perspectives: emphasizing spiritual enjoyment, appreciating relaxation, establishing relationships and nurturing emotions, and achieving self-realization. Furthermore, their leisure interests included three dimensions: urban popular entertainment, body aesthetics, and affluent consumption. The leisure styles embraced three elements: trendiness, intellectualism, and luxury; however, they varied depending on weekdays, weekends, or winter and summer vacations. Marriage and childbearing imposed restrictions on the time and space available for leisure activities, leading to transformations in their leisure styles. Conclusion: The leisure style of female teachers in Taipei municipal elementary schools changed from the "butterfly" style during the unmarried period to the "lovebirds" style during the married without children period, and ultimately to the "family-oriented" style during the married with children period.
