    摘要: 在現代競爭激烈的市場環境中,企業必須強化內部人才以應對商業挑戰。招募適合人才並協助其快速融入組織至關重要。工作適應能力和組織訓練機制相互影響,良好的適應力幫助員工應對變化與挑戰,提升潛力;有效的訓練則能增強員工的技能與就業能力,並降低離職率與成本。即使企業組織有良好的訓練體制,然而應聘者對於即將入職成為員工的適應能力,在新的職場環境中,十分重要,讓應聘者入職後,能夠迅速融入職場,發揮良好就業能力,藉此本文透過338位受訪者曾為應聘者或即將入職員工身份做問卷調查,對應聘者就業能力之影響。研究顯示,工作適應力在組織訓練與就業能力間具有部分中介作用。基於此,提出三項建議:第一,強化工作適應力培訓:設計模擬情境與壓力管理課程,提升員工應變能力;第二,整合專業技能與軟實力發展:結合溝通與合作能力培養,提升整體就業競爭力;第三,評估訓練效果與適應力提升的連結:透過系統評估優化訓練內容,提升工作適應與職場成功率。

    In today's highly competitive market environment, companies must strengthen internal talent to meet business challenges. Recruiting suitable talent and helping them integrate quickly into the organization is crucial. Work adaptability and organizational training mechanisms are interrelated. Good adaptability helps employees cope with changes and challenges, enhancing their potential, while effective training improves new employees' skills and employability, reducing turnover and recruitment costs. Even with a well-designed training system, the adaptability of candidates about to become new employees is critical in helping them quickly integrate into the workplace and demonstrate strong employability. This study surveyed 338 respondents who were either job candidates or about to become new employees, examining the impact of adaptability on employability. The results show that work adaptability plays a partial mediating role between organizational training and employability. Based on this, three recommendations are proposed: First, enhance work adaptability training by designing simulated scenarios and stress management courses to improve employees' resilience. Second, integrate professional skills with soft skill development, such as communication and teamwork, to enhance overall employability. Third, assess the connection between training effectiveness and adaptability improvements, using systematic evaluations to optimize training content and increase workplace success.
