    Abstract: 本研究的目的從永續性的經營觀點使用一種較新的多準則決策模式以作為管委會選擇最適合的物業管理模式與物管公司之參考。預期影響包括:(1)學術發展:豐富的研究成果對理論與實務具有實質貢獻。(2)社會與經濟:對台灣物業管理政策與法令的發展具有參考意義,特別是在ESG規範的制定上。 (3)其他應用:對管委會與物管業者在應履行ESG與物業經營績效的評估,以及在面對不同物業管理模式與契約抉擇時提供參考。總的來說,本研究對於學術、社會、經濟等面向都具有重大影響。
