Abstract:	IPCC證實人為活動改變土地使用為氣候變遷的主因之一，而淨零排放成為目前全球氣候變遷減緩之趨勢，臺灣也隨之公布「臺灣2050淨零排放路徑及策略總說明」，以呼應全球淨零排放的趨勢。有鑑於土地承載著各關鍵戰略的實質建設，其空間規劃對土地使用淨零碳排之間存在著權衡與綜效，須從土地使用著手，由下而上進行土地使用二氧化碳評估與模擬。本研究擬透過三年的研究期程，以臺北市與宜蘭縣為案例，彙整建置土地使用二氧化碳排放估算方法，以做為各縣市政府盤查地方尺度土地使用二氧化碳台放量與吸存量之參考。本研究亦將建置具操作性、互動式與視覺化之使用者導向的土地使用二氧化碳評估模擬工具，以利後續相關單位參酌應用。
