    Abstract: 本研究乃是從傳統的社區組織角度，以文化照顧視角檢視台灣的長期照顧政策的本土化歷程及其政策操作內容。有鑑於長久以來缺乏對閩客漢人族群的文化照顧需求相關視角進行研究，也缺乏本土化社會照顧討論，故本研究擬以質性研究的方法，深入瞭解分析閩客漢人社區照顧系統，在實務面如何納入在地文化內涵，期待對於社會政策改革有提供不同視角之觀察。
