Abstract:	本計畫旨在找到事業單位協助職災勞工重返職場的系統性障礙。就學術面來說，於過去並未有以事業單位視角進行的台灣文獻，而國際文獻在討論事業單位提供重返職場協助的障礙時，也僅是描述狀況，並未找到系統性可解決的因素；就社會經濟發展而言，本研究可透過對事業單位裡的利害關係人在職災重建制度知識、態度上的討論，提出未來政府可以注入資源，協助事業單位進行教育訓練方案，來減低系統性問題使事業單位無力協助職災勞工成功重返職場的狀況，維持社會經濟的良好發展。
