Modern dual-income families have become a common phenomenon in society, and the co-parenting model has become an important way for parents to raise their children. Based on the triangular theory of love, this study explores how single-parent families prioritize parental responsibilities, considering the best interests of the children, The research objectives include: exploring the practicality of the triangular theory of love, the experience of co-parenting before and after divorce, and the parental responsibilities and coping strategies of single parents. The study found that the three elements of intimacy, passion, and commitment in the triangular theory of love have a significant influence on the cooperation of co-parenting. After divorce, parents need to maintain a high level of cooperation in parenting to ensure their children's healthy development and well-being. The study also points out that effective communication and support between parents are essential for maintaining a stable cooperative parenting model. Through literature review and research, this study emphasizes the importance of maintaining good parental cooperation in single-parent families for children's growth.
