    摘要: 自2020年新冠疫情開始,居家運動例如瑜珈及有氧運動逐漸成為主流,若是進行這些運動時可以穿上一件高彈性且具備極高吸濕性的運動服則能如虎添翼。而製作一件具有優秀機能性的衣服需要經過多種工序,其中為布料或紗線上色是至關重要的製造過程——將胚布或胚紗染色能使一件平平無奇的衣服成為消費者眼中獨一無二的商品。而使織物上色的過程中常常會使用不同的染助劑,比如在染尼龍織物的時候需要使用酸性染料、均染劑、ph控制劑等;在染色完成後,為了讓染料與尼龍纖維更穩固地結合,則通常會使用固色劑。
    然而在氣候變遷下,環保這一個議題已然被社會大眾所重視——當織物上色完成後處理這些廢棄的染助劑就成為了迫切需要解決的問題。為了全球的永續發展,許多國家達成了協議,希望能實現『2050零碳排』的目標,企業也因而與政府合作,期望共同尋求一個可以節能減碳且節省成本的方法。
    為了減少使用成本及達成環境友善的目的,我在這一個實驗中發現了:將定型溫度降低及減少固色劑使用量並不會對色牢度產生影響,反而是定型溫度升高時,對於中色及淺色系會造成影響,在後續打色時將可以考慮降低定型溫度及固色劑的使用量達成。
    Since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, home exercises such as yoga and aerobics have gradually become mainstream. If you can wear a highly elastic and extremely hygroscopic sportswear when performing these exercises, it will be even more powerful. Making a piece of clothing with excellent functionality requires a variety of processes, among which dyeing fabric or yarn is a crucial manufacturing process - dyeing gray cloth or yarn can turn an ordinary piece of clothing into a Products that are unique in the eyes of consumers. Different dyeing auxiliaries are often used in the process of coloring fabrics. For example, when dyeing nylon fabrics, acid dyes, leveling agents, ph control agents, etc. need to be used; after the dyeing is completed, in order to make the dye and nylon fiber more To bond firmly, a fixing agent is usually used.
    However, under climate change, the issue of environmental protection has been paid attention to by the public. After the fabric is dyed, the disposal of these waste dyeing auxiliaries has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved. For the sustainable development of the world, many countries have reached agreements, hoping to achieve the goal of "zero carbon emissions by 2050". Therefore, companies are cooperating with governments, hoping to jointly find a way to save energy, reduce carbon, and save costs.
    In order to reduce the use cost and achieve environmentally friendly purposes, I discovered in this experiment: lowering the setting temperature and reducing the amount of fixing agent will not affect the color fastness. On the contrary, when the setting temperature increases, the color fastness will decrease. Medium and light colors will have an impact. In subsequent coloring, you can consider lowering the setting temperature and the amount of fixing agent used to achieve this.
