| 摘要: | 隨著全球氣候變遷造成的暖化效應與消費者環境意識的抬頭，環保議題已成為企業關注之重
點。因此，永續經營模式與綠色消費風潮正快速對旅館業產生影響。
環保旅館綠色消費不僅攸關碳排放量，更涵蓋能源節約、生態保護、社會參與等多項相關問
題，企業和旅行者皆應善盡社會責任，減少環境破壞，促進可持續發展之使命。因此，本研究目
的旨在探討台灣環保旅館發展的趨勢，並提出台灣旅館業者轉型綠色環保運營及政府施行環保旅
館政策面臨的挑戰、消費者反饋之研究問題及建議。
本研究聚焦於台灣旅宿業的綠色轉型，探討如何透過推動環保標章旅館，以提升產業的運營
效率與環境永續發展。因應環境部推動淨零碳排之淨零綠生活，循環署永續消費回收組於2023年
1月，為符應社會環保意識抬頭的趨勢，開始響應一次性備品使用限制之推動；有鑑於此，旅宿
業如何有效結合永續發展理念與綠建築實踐，開展環保旅館政策，係為本研究關注的重點。
本研究採用質性研究方法，包含文獻蒐集、台北馥華商旅個案研究與實地訪查，運用經營者
的視角，探究政策實施與綠色建築理念兩者間的融合。
研究發現台灣旅宿業履踐節能減碳，不僅能為政府推動的全民綠色生活政策發揮關鍵作用，
亦能與聯合國可持續發展目標相輔相成；而借鏡國外應用綠建築實踐案例，也能大幅提升環境永
續的表現，同時減少塑料使用與推動環境永續發展亦具有實質性之正向影響。期望本研究成果，
可俾利政府、業界與消費者在推動淨零碳排方面，提供可行的策略，並為旅宿業邁向永續循環的
未來邁進。
With the global warming effects caused by climate change and the rising
environmental awareness among consumers, environmental issues have become a
focalpoint of concern for businesses.Therefore, sustainable business models
and the trendtowards green consumption are rapidly impacting the hotel
industry.
The concept of “green hotels” and environmentally-friendly consumption
extends beyond carbon emissions to include energy conservation, ecological
protection, and social engagement. Both businesses and travelers should
fulfill their social responsibilities by minimizing environmental damage and
promoting sustainable development. As such, this study aims to explore the
trends in the development of green hotels in Taiwan while seeking to propose
strategies for Taiwanese hoteliers to transitiontowards green operations and
examining the challenges faced by the government in implementing environmental
hotel policies, as well as consumer feedback and recommendations.
This study focuses on the green transformation of Taiwan’s accommodation
industry, particularly through the promotion of green-mark hotels to enhance
operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. In response to the
Ministry of Environment’spromotion of a net-zero carbon emission green life,
the Sustainable Consumption and Recycling Division of the Resource Circulation
Administration began advocating for the limitation of disposable amenities
from January 2023, aligning with the rising trend of environmental
consciousness in society. Therefore, the effective integration of sustainable
development principles and green building practices in the accommodation
industry to promote eco-friendly hotel policies constitutes the primary
concernof this study.
This study adopts a qualitative research approach, incorporating
literature reviews,case studies of the Forward Hostel Taipei, and on-site
visits. It uses the perspective ofoperators to explore the integration
between policy implementation and green building concepts.
The research finds that Taiwan’s accommodation industry's energy
conservation and carbon reduction efforts play a crucial role in supporting
the government’s nationwide green lifestyle policies and complementing the
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. By drawing insights from
international green building practices,significant improvements in
environmental sustainability can be achieved, and the reduced plastic use and
promotion of environmental sustainability will also provide substantial
positive impacts. It is hoped that the outcomes of this study can provide
practical strategies for the government, industry, and consumers in advancing
net zero carbon emission initiatives, as well as paving the way for the
accommodation industry towards a sustainable circular future. |
