摘要: | 本研究旨在探討因應糧食永續發展的農業創新策略,以紅土森林小宇宙農場為個案研究。紅土森林小宇宙農場位於山區,面臨著土地資源有限、氣候變遷影響等挑戰。研究採用深度訪談、文獻分析等方法,分析農場採取的創新策略及其對糧食永續發展的影響。研究發現,紅土森林小宇宙農場透過引進有機耕作、水資源管理、農業科技應用等創新措施,提升了農業生產效率,改善了土地利用方式,並促進了當地農民的收入增加。本研究結果可為其他類似地區的農業永續發展提供借鏡,並強調創新策略在推動農業永續發展上的重要性。
This research explores agricultural innovation strategies for promoting sustainable food development, using the Little Cosmos Regenerative Farm as a case study. Situated in a mountainous region, the farm confronts challenges such as limited land resources and the impacts of climate change. The study employs methodologies including in-depth interviews and literature analysis to examine the innovative strategies adopted by the farm and their implications for sustainable food development. The findings reveal that by embracing organic farming, effective water resource management, and the adoption of agricultural technologies, the Little Cosmos Regenerative Farm has enhanced agricultural productivity, optimized land utilization practices, and boosted local farmers' incomes. This study's outcomes offer insights applicable to fostering sustainable agricultural practices in similar regions, underscoring the pivotal role of innovative approaches in advancing sustainable agricultural development. |
