    Abstract: 本技術報告書之目的為了解WSBL國泰人壽女子籃球隊之訓練與經營模式,了解國泰女子籃球隊起源與歷史、比賽的光榮事蹟、人力資源吸收、配置、及工作內容,並探討國泰女籃硬體設備,軟體設備、及訓練的模式、國泰女籃經營模式,企圖完整了解國泰女籃能在台灣女子籃球聯盟 (WSBL) 能有如此好的成績,站穩台灣女籃龍頭的原因。

    The purpose of this technical report was to understand the management and training model of the Cathay women’s basketball team. This report includes history, competition glory legends, recruitment of the human resource, allocation, and works contents of the Cathay women’s basketball team. In addition, this report also analyzes hardware, software, training and operation model of the Cathay women’s basketball team. By doing so, this report attempt to holistically understand why the Cathay women’s basketball team can be a head-team in the long term of the Taiwan Super Women’s Basketball League (WSBL).
