    Abstract: 本文的目的在於探討台灣大學生打工是否受到「純勞動意識」之影響而認同低薪。為了釐清此問題,本研究反省「志願性順服」之理論,並採用「純勞動」之概念,作為研究觀點,目的在於了解打工的大學生為何在低度的報酬下,仍然甘願勞動的原因,並採取深度訪談法進行訪談,再加以分析。研究發現,受到彈性化勞動市場的影響,台灣大學生從事打工的行業多為低薪的服務業;而台灣的複製貧窮問題,導致台灣大學生為了減輕經濟壓力,只能利用課餘時間來打工。另外,大學生因為學生身分而導致工作時間受限之因素,造成學生只能夠接受雇主所建立的非典型工作型態的彈性工時制,使得大學生形成了純勞動意識,進而導致低薪的結果產生。

    The purpose of this paper is to explore whether Taiwanese college students' part-time jobs are influenced by pure motivation and consent to low wages. To clarify this issue, this study reflects on the theory of "voluntary consent " and adopts the concept of "pure labor" as a research perspective, aims to explore why college students willing to engaged in part-time job of low pay. This study uses in-depth interviews to analyze the low wage causes of part-time job by college students. The first finding is that college students mostly work in low-wage service industries due to the influence of globalization and the flexible labor market. The second main finding is that college students willing to engaged in part-time job due to the economic pressure from replication of poverty. The third main finding is that college students accept the flexible working hours arranged by employers due to limited working hours imposed by their student status. As a result, college students have constructed pure labor consciousness, and ultimately college students willing to engaged in low wages job.
