    Abstract: 耐淹水特性是南瓜在臺灣和亞洲國家重要育種目標。透過高通量定序技術來快速組織整合這些大數據資料,並與抗氧化防禦系統聯繫起來,不僅可了解南瓜體內淹水逆境相關抗氧化系統基因的表現與調控,亦可加深加廣對作物的分子生理機制而協助農作物的育種計劃。利用NGS-RNA sequencing分析耐與不耐淹水品種間抗氧化系統基因與各類轉錄因子基因家族的表現和淹水的關係,包括不同淹水處理時期之葉及根部基因表現pattern上的極顯著上升(調)或下降,亦可釐清抗氧化基因家族中的isogene是關鍵基因指標,及參與調控南瓜耐淹水機之轉錄因子基因。期能有效找到控制耐淹水性狀的基因,應用於MAS而選出耐淹水高品質之南瓜。
