Abstract:	近年來，全球碳排量在短時間內增加6%，使氣候變遷議題再度引起國際高度重視，為因應2050全球淨零趨勢，故本研究旨於建立一套可適用於台灣都市環境，因應淨零排放居住環境之準則及資源配置規劃模式，納入行為模式與需求轉變及影響、空間分析與資源配置規劃，並透過考量居住環境因素，加入動態時間變數(2030低碳、2040趨零、2050淨零)，以促使生活轉型朝向綠色運輸環境整合淨零綠生活模式，形成具前瞻及創新以低碳城市理念建構反脆弱居住環境與淨零排放社區之評估準則及資源配置規劃模式，以期引領未來城市與不動產脫碳，據以研擬轉型策略及改善建議提供相關單位規劃參考。
