    Abstract: 本計畫之Fe317O4 NPs將首次被合成出來,Fe317O4 NPs無輻射傷害問題,是一種具創新性和突破性的奈米材料。相較於Fe3O4 NPs(臨床使用的T2型顯影劑)將具有更優秀的超順磁性和磁性性質,同時還可以提供Fe3O4 NPs沒有的17O影像功能。Fe317O4 NPs可以突破目前T2型顯影劑的發展瓶頸,提供更好的組織影像對比度和靈敏度,有很大的潛力可取代Fe3O4 NPs (僅有1H影像功能)成為下一代的T2型顯影劑(兼具1H和17O影像功能)。本計畫之創新性Fe317O4 NPs在國內外MRI相關的研究領域將有相當大的貢獻、在臨床醫學進一步提升顯影劑能力,也具備高度商品化的潛力。
