Abstract:	本計畫確認與本書專題完全相同的研究，在中文世界付諸闕如，英文世界則僅見一項，惟本書可試超越這一項，因而畀予本人研究的機會；又，包括美國在內的英文世界，已積累不少有關的文獻可資本人運用。以散見於杜威論著中有關文字進行爬梳整理的本書之完成，或能增進中文世界的讀者對於杜威的課程理論有較全面的理解。本書預定在首尾的緒論及結論之外，另設四篇十章：第一篇杜威課程理論的特色（第一至三章）、第二篇作為課程基本要素的經驗（第四及五章）、第三篇課程通論與各論（第六至八章），以及第四篇課程與教學作法（第九及十章）。
