Abstract:	本研究對跨域治理、地方創生及績效管理相關理論、文獻及運作態樣加以分析，並連結其間的因果關係；其次，對陽明山「文化創生」個案的規劃與運作加以闡述、評介，特別關注推動創生方案及公私協力成果的績效衡量指標建構，可為其它個案提供參照。
