本研究以新北市某私立托嬰中心為個案，針對個案研究進行分析，目的是在瞭解中心現今托育政策與市場環境下的經營現況、面臨的挑戰以及可能的發展策略，進行策略管理分析。
本研究目的為(1)瞭解個案托嬰中心之營運背景資料(2)探究個案托嬰中心之營運現況與相關需求(3)進行個案托嬰中心之策略管理分析。研究採個案分析法，利用策略管理分析後將歸納個案中心的優、劣勢、機會與威脅，並據此提出經營策略建議。
研究結果發現，個案托嬰中心內部環境可採用善用空間及周邊優越環境優勢滿足家長需求(SO策略)等多項策略，外部環境可採開設特色適性活動課程，建立差異化優勢（ST策略）等多項策略，預期透過這些策略，個案托嬰中心可有效應對內外部挑戰，提升服務品質與市場競爭力。
This study focuses on a private infant daycare center in New Taipei City as a case study. Through analyzing to understand the center's current operational status, facing challenges, and potential development strategies under the current childcare policies and market environment. This involves strategic management analysis.
The purpose of this study is to (1) understand the operational background of the specific daycare center (2) explore the current operating status and needs (3) Applied strategic management analyzing. This study adopts the case analysis method and ex-ploits strategic management analysis which summarizes the頁 IV advantages, disad-vantages, opportunities, and threats. Consequently, states out advice of management tactics accordingly.
The results show that the internal environment of the daycare center can adopt several strategies such as making good use of space and the surrounding superior envi-ronmental advantages to meet the needs of parents (SO strategy). The external envi-ronment can adopt special adaptive activity courses to establish differentiated ad-vantages (ST strategy) ...etc. Through these strategies, the daycare center in this study
