    Title: 居家托育服務人員工作滿意度之研究 -以台北市和新北市為例

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討以臺北市和新北市居家托育服務中心登記合法居家托育服務人員其工作環境與工作滿意度現況、不同背景變項之居家托育服務人員的差異與相關情形。發放問卷為登記於台北市和新北市居服中心成為合格保母資格,「取得保母人員技術士證、高中職以上幼兒保育、家政、護理等相關學程、科、系、所畢業、托育服務人員專業訓練課程結業且領有結業證書」,且實際有從事在宅服務與到府服務的居家托育服務人員為母體群,採用方便性抽樣法。
    從研究結果發現居家托育服務人員在工作環境中,居服支持與保親互動融洽,有助於居家托育服務人員發揮專業能力,並提供更優質的保育與教養工作。居家托育服務人員工作滿意度方面,提高薪資報酬最為注重,尤其是幼教相關背景之居家托育服務人員差異最為明顯。
    本研究根據上述結果提出建議,提供居家托育服務人員及相關單位研究之參考;建議居家托育服務人員提升自我教育理念與專業能力,方能使托育環境更佳優質,以提升社會對居家托育服務人員的專業印象;建議相關單位多宣導補助規範與法則,減少家長與居家托育服務人員的誤解。
    This study aims to explore the current working environment and job satisfaction of legal home care service providers registered at home care service centers in Taipei City and New Taipei City, as well as the differences and related situations of home care service providers with different background variables. Questionnaires are distributed to those registered in residential service centers in Taipei City and New Taipei City to become qualified nannies. Qualifications include obtaining a nanny technician certificate, graduating from a senior secondary school or above in child care (housekeeping, nursing related courses, departments, institutes), and child care Home-based child care service personnel who have completed professional training courses for service personnel and received certificates of completion, and who are actually engaged in in-home services and in-house services are the parent group, and a convenience sampling method was adopted.
    From the research results, it is found that in the working environment of home care service providers, the harmonious interaction between home support and caregivers can help home care service providers develop their professional capabilities and provide better quality care and education. In terms of job satisfaction, home-based child care service personnel pay the most attention to increasing salary and remuneration, especially those with early childhood education-related backgrounds. The difference is most obvious.
    This study makes recommendations based on the above results and provides a reference for research on home-based child care service personnel and related units; It is recommended that home-based childcare service providers improve their self-education concepts and professional capabilities in order to make the childcare environment better and of higher quality, thereby enhancing society’s professional impression of home-based childcare service providers; it is recommended that relevant units publicize more subsidy norms and rules to reduce the number of parents Misunderstandings with home care providers.
