摘要: | 本研究是以「自我述說」切入,初淺分析與探究自己在兒少安置機構工作歷程裡對於自己在工作上的情緒狀態和反應方式的覺察,在職訓練與專業進修過程中的學習與反思,以及體驗教育、社會工作等領域學理知識的理解與實踐應用的歷程的文本記錄。這個理解自己在兒少安置機構所經歷的一切,以體驗教育與冒險治療的學理的「從做中學」、「經驗的反思」為基礎,嘗試以優勢觀點與復原力的論點來看待這些照顧服務之兒少,透過「體驗、觀察、反思、歸納、應用」的過程,來學習轉移所習得之經驗。回顧自己在每個時刻的當下,透過重新詮釋與重新定義,讓每一個發生過的事件不是讓時間靜靜流逝而顯得不具有意義,唯一的方式就是帶入反思,倘若時間可以重來,自己可以有什麼不一樣的回應或處理,可以讓事情的結果更美好一些,讓自己與照顧兒少的影響是往正向的面向發展。
這是研究者從民國99年開始進入兒少安置機構歷程,至今仍舊選擇在工作角色多重且複雜的問題多樣又不易處理的兒少安置機構工作,就只是因為研究者自己賦予這個性質工作的意義性與價值感,讓研究者至今仍可繼續堅持往前走,期待這份研究可以提供未來與現在的兒少安置機構工作者能開始進行自我覺察的練習,熟練之後可以引導照顧之兒少也可以運用,覺察之後再練習照顧好自己的身心靈,才能避免錯誤不當的情緒、態度與互動所帶來的傷害,也才能讓安置之兒少在未來可以健康成長。
