In today's social environment, only enterprises that fulfill their corporate social responsibility can meet the expectations of stakeholders. However, for small and medium-sized enterprises owners, it is important to know how to carry out corporate social responsibility activities under limited resources. This study explores how small and medium-sized enterprises can overcome resource constraints and engage in corporate social activities by utilizing bricolage theory. Using a single-case study method, a biotech company was selected, and its corporate social activity development process was explored through interviews and secondary data collection. The study found that enterprises can overcome resource constraints by using local resources, resource recombination, and making do, and can generate value for corporate social activities. The research results can provide references for small and medium-sized enterprises owners to engage in related activities.
