    摘要: 在面臨氣候變遷的當下,減少碳排放已成為一個炙手可熱的議題,隨著環保意識的抬頭,近年來騎行自行車的受歡迎程度逐漸提升。除了改善空氣品質外,自行車的使用還能夠減輕交通擁堵問題,特別是在擁擠的城市中,騎行自行車成為了短程出行和休閒娛樂的首選方式。政府機構也積極推動公共自行車的發展。然而,隨著越來越多的人選擇騎行自行車,自行車事故的發生率也在逐年上升。提升道路安全性已成為當今城市交通亟需解決的問題。目前的導航系統主要以最短路徑或最短時間為基準進行規劃,對於道路安全和事故多發地點的考量相對較少。近年來,桃園市交通局注重交通事故資料的完整收集,故以桃園市交通事故資料著手。本研究將採用DBSCAN找尋都會區的自行車事故熱點,配合Dijkstra方法,利用桃園市的交通事故資料進行分析,結合事故多發地點、道路距離、道路寬度和旅行時間等因素,進行路網的安全性分析。研究結果若僅考慮事故密度,可能會導致路徑過長或行駛時間過長的情況,因此,將自行車事故密度優化並結合旅行時間及行駛距離後,使新的路徑相較安全,而且不會過長,較貼近真實情況,但還是有相對的風險存在。
    In the face of climate change, reducing carbon emissions has become a hot topic. With the rise of environmental awareness, the popularity of cycling has gradually increased in recent years. Apart from improving air quality, using bicycles can also alleviate traffic congestion, especially in crowded cities, where cycling has become the preferred mode of short-distance travel and leisure. Government agencies are also actively promoting the development of public bicycles. However, as more and more people choose to ride bicycles, the rate of bicycle accidents has been increasing year by year. Improving road safety has become a pressing issue in today's urban transportation.Current navigation systems primarily focus on planning the shortest route or the fastest time, with relatively less consideration for road safety and accident-prone areas. In recent years, the Taoyuan City Traffic Bureau has been focusing on comprehensive data collection of traffic accidents, especially bicycle accidents. This research will use DBSCAN to identify bicycle accident hotspots in urban areas and combine the Dijkstra method with Taoyuan City's traffic accident data for analysis. The analysis will consider factors such as accident-prone areas, road distances, road widths, and travel times to assess road network safety.If only accident density is considered in the research results, it may lead to situations where the recommended routes are excessively long or have long travel times. Therefore, by optimizing the bicycle accident density and incorporating travel time and distance, the new recommended routes will be relatively safer, not excessively long, and closer to real-world conditions, although some level of risk may still exist.
