    Title: 動態犀牛槓搭配不穩定負重對仰臥推舉動作之肌電反應分析

    Abstract: 研究指出動態犀牛槓 (rhino flex bar, RFB) 可刺激更多姿勢肌群參與,但針對不穩定負重搭配RFB對肌肉啟動現象之學術性研究仍不足。目的:本研究旨在分析不同不穩定負荷對仰臥推舉之肌電反應現象。方法:招募16名至少具備6個月以上阻力訓練經驗之男性運動員為研究對象,測驗前利用RFB進行仰臥推舉最大肌力測驗 (maximum strength, 1RM),隨機分配成50% 1RM (n = 8) 與80% 1RM (n = 8)。受試者須完成仰臥推舉速度流失至最小速度閾值20%,且收集肌電信號變化率數據。統計方式採曼-惠特尼U檢驗較各單條肌肉肌電信號變化率、弗里曼二因子等級變異數分析兩組間肌肉肌電信號變化率、及肯德爾等級相關係數分析各肌肉肌電訊號變化率之關聯性。統計顯著差異水準設為α = .05。結果:50% 1RM在肱三頭肌與斜方肌間呈正相關 (r = .571, p = .048);然而,其他肌肉肌電信號變化率皆無顯著差異。結論:低負荷不穩定負重搭配動態犀牛槓較易誘發仰臥推舉之非主作用肌群訊號。建議未來低負荷訓練時需考量整體動作控制品質、反覆次數及總負荷量。
