LEAGUE+」，簡稱PLG，並由四支球隊作為元年參賽隊伍，分別為「臺北富邦勇士」、「台新夢想家」、由璞園建築為班底組成的「桃園領航猿」以及新隊伍「新竹街口攻城獅」。其中新籌組的新竹球隊「新竹街口攻城獅」獲得大量台灣球迷喜愛，並在行銷包裝方面表現亮眼，除了在第一季已經把主場門票全數售罄，每一場比賽都幾乎滿座，更聯名眾多品牌推出運動週邊商品。截至2021年10月5日，僅建立429天的新竹攻城獅官方Youtube頻道已有206支影片及3.4萬訂閱，幾乎是每兩日一更新的極速效率。在2021年9月22日更是全台首支球隊公布全體球員薪資與合約年份，以美國職籃NBA為借鏡，建立球團營運預算結構。本技術報告書為2020年至2021年期間所收集新竹街口攻城獅球隊的相關資料加以整理，並從資料中了解球隊從建隊成立到賽季結束選秀間的一舉一動，陳述新籌組的新竹球隊在臺灣職業籃球聯盟元年賽季的行銷與球隊發展。
