摘要: | 本研究採用質性研究法,旨在瞭解從近年臺灣人晚婚和養育、教育及經濟面造成少子化問題嚴重,政府在鼓勵生育上提出相當多的友善政策,但是生育數仍逐年創新低,許多夫妻依舊不敢生育要擔心的太多,進而探討新手父母的親職壓力來源及親職教育需求。
本研究所探討的問題為:(一)新手父母在育兒過程的親職壓力來源為何?(二)新手父母參與親職教育之現況與困難?(三)新手父母參與親職教育內容之需求為何?(四)新手父母所需親職教育實施方式及建議為何?
本研究總結訪談14位研究對象後,發現沒有人天生會當父母,都是在成為爸媽後才開始學習及面臨挑戰,因此在照顧養育過程中產生親職壓力;另外儘管新手父母有親職教需求,但是也會因為時間、孩子托育和課程內容等問題,使得有親職教育需求也無法參加,加上因為寶寶誕生時的慌亂及無助造成手忙腳亂,使得無法出門,所以在遭遇育兒困境時,幾乎都是依靠網路來獲取資訊;不過研究對象指出在接受親職教育後,育兒照顧的能力有所提升,夫妻雙方互動也有所改善,對於親職教育都給予正面的肯定。辦理新手父母親職教育課程,可以開設不同育兒主題的課程及親職講座,請專家學者來分享育兒知識技能,針對親職教育課程的更應重視實用性,避免過度的理論,讓父母能夠學以致用,分別從心理、實際操作面在懷孕前後期間,都能學習做好育兒照顧的準備。
最後依據上述研究發現,提出個人觀點及建議,以供辦理親職教育相關單位、新手父母們及未來相關研究者作為參考。
This study adopts qualitative research method, aiming to understand the serious problem of low birth rate caused by late marriage and raising, education and economic aspects of Taiwanese people in recent years. Couples who still dare not have children have to worry too much, and then explore the sources of parenting pressure and parenting education needs of novice parents.
The questions explored in this research are: (1) What are the sources of parental stress in the process of parenting for novice parents? (2) The current situation and difficulties of novice parents participating in parenting education? (3) What are the needs of novice parents to participate in the content of parenting education? (4) What are the implementation methods and suggestions for parenting education required by novice parents?
After interviewing 14 research subjects, this research concludes that no one is born to be a parent. They all start to learn and face challenges after becoming parents. Therefore, parental pressure occurs in the process of parenting; in addition, although novice parents have parental However, due to problems such as time, child care and course content, parents who have parental education needs cannot participate, and the panic and helplessness caused by the baby's birth make it impossible to go out, so when encountering parenting When they are in trouble, they almost always rely on the Internet to obtain information; however, the research subjects pointed out that after receiving parenting education, the ability to raise children and take care of children has improved, and the interaction between husband and wife has also improved, and they all give positive affirmation to parenting education. When conducting parenting education courses for novice parents, you can set up courses and parenting lectures on different parenting themes. Experts and scholars are invited to share parenting knowledge and skills. For parenting education courses, we should pay more attention to practicality and avoid excessive theory, so that parents can Applying what you have learned, you can learn to prepare for childcare and care from both psychological and practical aspects before and after pregnancy.
Finally, based on the above research findings, personal opinions and suggestions are put forward, which can be used as a reference for relevant units handling parenting education, novice parents and future related researchers. |
