    摘要: 目的:本研究旨在觀察年輕男性從事八週高強度間歇訓練前、中、後,心肺適能及動脈功能相關參數之變化。方法:招募介於18-22歲之健康男性,隨機分配至實驗組 (HIIT) 及控制組 (CON) 各8人,實驗組介入八週高強度間歇訓練,以5*2分鐘、運動休息比1:1,運動強度設定為運動期90-95% HRmax、動態恢復80-85% HRmax,控制組則無運動介入,於兩組皆於實驗前 (P0)、第5週 (P5) 及第10週 (P10) 進行最大運動測試及安靜狀態動脈功能量測,收集最大攝氧量、血壓、心-踝血管指數 (CAVI)、足踝上臂動脈血壓比 (ABI) 及動脈增幅係數 (AI) 等相關參數資料進行分析。以獨立樣本t檢定分析組間各變項及百分比變化之差異,以單因子相依樣本變異數分析 (ANOVA) 分析各個變項在組內實驗前 (P0)、中 (P5)、後 (P10) 的差異,顯著水準α訂為 .05。結果:本研究發現HIIT的最大攝氧量在P10顯著高於P0及P5 (P0: 53.75 ± 6.09 ml·kg-1·min-1, P5: 55.49 ± 5.33 ml·kg-1·min-1, P10: 59.58 ± 3.66 ml·kg-1·min-1, p < .05),ABI在P5及P10顯著高於P0 (P0:1.02 ± 0.08; P5: 1.12 ± 0.05; P10: 1.11 ± 0.06, p < .05);最大攝氧量及ABI 在P5及P10時,HIIT皆顯著高於CON (p < .05);各項血壓參數、CAVI及AI則沒有顯著變化 (p > .05)。結論:八週高強度間歇訓練能有效提升最大攝氧量及ABI,對改善年輕男性心肺適能及動脈功能有正向影響。
    Purpose: This study was to observe the changes in cardiorespiratory fitness and arterial function parameters in young men before, during, and after 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training. Methods: Sixteen healthy males aged 18-22 yr were recruited and randomly assigned to either the experimental (HIIT, n = 8) or control group (CON, n = 8). HIIT group underwent a high-intensity interval training for 8 weeks, and each HIIT session consisted of 5*2- min bouts at 90-95% HRmax for exercise training and 80-85% HRmax for dynamic recovery with exercise-rest ratio 1:1. CON had no exercise intervention. Every participant took a graded exercise test (GXT) and arterial functions measurement in the beginning (P0), 5th (P5), and 10th week (P10). Parameters VO2max, blook pressure (BP), cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI), ankle-brachial pressure index (ABI), augmentation index (AI) were collected and analyzed. Independent sample t-test was used to analyze the difference of each variable and percentage change between groups, and one-way repeated measured ANOVA was used to analyze the variances among P0, P5 and P10. The significance level was set at α = .05. Results: For HIIT group, VO2max at P10 was significantly higher than P0 and P5 (P0: 53.75 ± 6.09 ml·kg-1·min-1, P5: 55.49 ± 5.33 ml·kg-1·min-1, P10: 59.58 ± 3.66 ml·kg-1·min-1, p < .05), and ABI values at P5 and P10 were significantly higher than P0 (P0: 1.02 ± 0.08; P5: 1.12 ± 0.05; P10: 1.11 ± 0.06, p < .05). In addition, VO2max and ABI were significantly higher in HIIT than in CON at P5 and P10 (p < .05). Lastly, no significant changes were revealed in the BP parameters, CAVI, and AI. (p > .05). Conclusion: Eight weeks of high-intensity interval training can effectively increase VO2max and ABI, and positively improve the cardiorespiratory fitness and arterial function in young males.
