    Title: 國小桌球運動員競賽壓力來源與因應策略- 以光復國小為例

    Abstract: 背景: 運動員如果有較大的心理壓力可能會影響到生理、能量,也同時少了運動時的樂趣和享受;壓力也會影響運動員的自信,甚至導致運動員的受傷及提早退休。 目的 :了解選手壓力來自於哪裡,以及如何去調整跟解決,以及因應策略。方法 : 利用半結構式個別深度訪談台北市信義區光復國小桌球隊出賽之16位主力選手,單獨訪談及2-3位為一組的團體訪談,訪談約10-20分鐘。結果:選手們的壓力來源,最主要第一個是教練、比賽的壓力、家長的期待跟期許。討論:了解國小學童壓力來源和因應方法,有助於他們紓解壓力和提高運動樂。
    Background: if athletes experience higher stress in sports may influence their physiological responses and energy, and reduce sport fun and enjoyment. Also, higher stress decreases confidence, injury and early retirement. Purpose: to understand the sources of stress and how they regulate and cope it. Methods: By using in-depth interview, this study interviewed 16 table tennis players at Guanfu elementary school by one-on-one and small group (2-3 participants) interviews. Results: Children’s sources of stress come from coaches as the major source. Parental expectation as the second major resource. Discussion: to understand the sources of stress for elementary table tennis players can help them to regulate stress and enhance sport enjoyment.
