| 摘要: | 隨著時代經濟脈絡改變，女性教育水準提升以及自主意識抬頭，而政府極力推動地方社區產業發展，使女性創業比例日漸攀升，並趨向年輕化。而社區服務創造了彈性工作模式，讓女性創業者可兼顧家庭和發揮自我價值。女性希望工作中對社會產生影響力，但在傳統產業可能面臨較多的歧視與限制，所以社會創業提供更多的機會與平台，讓女性更自由地發揮創造力及影響力。
基於女性較具有關懷的特質，更加關注社區的社會問題，而社會創業提供一種實現社會目標和解決問題的方式，同時實現創業夢想，在社會創業的生態系統中，女性創業者可獲得更多的資源與機會，政府也提供優惠政策與支持，因此社企生態系統可幫助女性社會創業者更容易擴展業務並實現永續經營的目標。
本研究發現女性創業者透過生態系統的支持與運用，可為女性社會創業者提供更多的資源與機會，有利於增加社會認可度與支持。
With the changes in the economic context of the times, the level of women's education and the rise of autonomy, and the government has vigorously promoted the development of local community industries, so that the proportion of female entrepreneurship is increasing day by day and tends to be younger. Community service creates flexible working models that allow female entrepreneurs to balance their families and self-worth. Women want to have an impact on society at work, but may face more discrimination and restrictions in traditional industries, so social entrepreneurship provides more opportunities and platforms for women to exercise their creativity and influence more freely.
Based on the caring nature of women, more concerned about social problems in the community, and social entrepreneurship provides a way to achieve social goals and solve problems, while realizing entrepreneurial dreams, in the social entrepreneurship ecosystem, female entrepreneurs can obtain more resources and opportunities, and the government also provides preferential policies and support, so the social enterprise ecosystem can help female social entrepreneurs expand their businesses more easily and achieve sustainable business goals.
This study finds that through the support and use of ecosystem, female entrepreneurs can provide more resources and opportunities for female social entrepreneurs, which is conducive to increasing social recognition and support. |
