摘要: | 面對當今社會結構的變遷,雙親家庭的遽增,迎接的是少子化的世代,而專業的托育機構需求也隨之而起,如何在托育場域中,提供良好的托育品質,首重托育人員的素質為其核心影響。故本研究旨在探討新北市公共托育中心托育人員心理資本、社會支持與角色行為之現況,比較不同背景變項對此三者的差異情形與相關、預測及調節關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以叢集抽樣24家新北市公共托育中心,共290位托育人員為實證研究對象,調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步迴歸分析等方法來進行統計分析。本研究主要發現如下:
一、新北市公共托育中心托育人員知覺心理資本在中上程度,而知覺社會支持與角色行為則皆為高等程度。
二、不同擔任職務及教育程度的新北市公共托育中心托育人員,在知覺心理資本,
有顯著差異。
三、不同年齡的新北市公共托育中心托育人員,在知覺社會支持,有顯著
差異。
四、不同擔任職務的新北市公共托育中心托育人員,在知覺角色行為,有顯著
差異。
五、新北市公共托育中心托育人員知覺心理資本、社會支持與角色行為三者之間,皆呈現正向相關。
六、新北市公共托育中心托育人員知覺心理資本與社會支持對角色行為,具有預測力。
最後根據本研究之發現,研究者提出對實務上及對未來研究之建議。
Facing the changes in today's social structure, the rapid increase of two-parent families is ushering in an increase in the birth rate, and the demand for professional childcare institutions is also arising. How to provide high-quality childcare services in the field of childcare, the quality of childcare personnel is its core influence. Therefore, this study aims to explore the status quo of psychological capital, social support, and role behavior of childcare personnel in public childcare institutions in New Taipei City, and to compare the differences, correlations, predictions, and moderation relationships among different types. Background variables. This study adopts the method of questionnaire survey, taking 24 public kindergartens in New Taipei City as samples, and a total of 290 kindergarten staff as the empirical research objects. The data obtained from the survey were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor cumulative difference correlation, stepwise regression analysis and other methods. The main findings of this study are as follows:
1. The perceived psychological capital of childcare workers in public nurseries in New Taipei City is at an upper-middle level, and their perceived social support and role behavior are at a relatively high level.
2. There are significant differences in the perceived psychological capital of childcare workers in different positions in public kindergartens in New Taipei City.
3. Nursing staff of different ages in public kindergartens in New Taipei City have a significant impact on the differences in perceived social support.
4. There are significant differences in role cognition and behavior of nursery staff in different positions in public kindergartens in New Taipei City.
5. The perceived psychological capital, social support and role behavior of nursery staff in public kindergartens in New Taipei City are positively correlated.
6. The perceived psychological capital and social support of nursery staff in public kindergartens in New Taipei City have predictive power for role behavior.
Finally, the researchers make recommendations for practice and future research based on the findings of this study. |
