    Abstract: 現今教育程度的普及與社會型態轉變,現代女性勇於追求自我實現價值及需分擔家計之故,不少婚育子女的婦女中斷就業欲重返勞動力市場時,即因產業結構的改變、原有的專業技能、知識已不符合需求、加上年齡遞增;又或需照料年幼的子女,必須從事彈性較大的工作或是改從事時薪制的工作,在臺灣的部份二度就業婦女因而轉從事原本不熟悉的壽險業務工作,以滿足兼顧家庭的需求,2016年Angela Duckworth提出恆毅力的概念,認為一個人之所以能夠成功,主要是對工作目標的熱情與擁有毅力過人的決心,但在過去的研究中也多以人格特質、工作績效或是天賦潛力為題材探討個人職涯成功的因素。卻少有探討毅力能否讓人成功,因此本研究透過文獻分析、德菲法(Delphi Method)、個案訪談法,建構出成功成為業務精英的特質。
    本研究歸納出業務精英所有的7種特質,分別為1.恆毅力2.高成就動機3.自我趨動力4.專業能力5.情緒穩定性6.盡責勤勉7.關係網絡。
    最後面對競爭激烈、快速發展的壽險業市場,最後本研究結果提供有意從事壽險業婦女參考。
    Nowadays, with the popularization of education and the transformation of social patterns, modern women have the courage to pursue the value of self-realization and share the family income. When many women who are married and have children interrupt their employment and want to return to the labor market, it is because of the changes in the in-dustrial structure, the original The professional skills and knowledge no longer meet the needs, and the age is increasing; or they need to take care of young children, and must engage in more flexible jobs or switch to hourly wage jobs. Some second-time employed women in Taiwan Therefore, she switched to the life insurance business that she was not familiar with to meet the needs of the family. In 2016, Angela Duckworth proposed the concept of perseverance. She believed that the reason why a person can succeed is mainly the enthusiasm for work goals and the determination to have extraordinary perseverance. However, in the past studies, most of the factors of personal career success were dis-cussed on the subject of personality traits, work performance or natural potential. Howev-er, there are few studies on whether perseverance can make people successful. Therefore, this research uses literature analysis, Delphi Method, and case interviews to construct the characteristics of successful business elites.
    This study summarizes 7 characteristics of business elites, namely 1. Perseverance 2. High achievement motivation 3. Self-motivation 4. Professional ability 5. Emotional sta-bility 6. Conscientiousness and diligence 7. Relationship network.Finally, in the face of the highly competitive and fast-growing life insurance market, the results of this study provide references for women who intend to work in the life insurance industry.
