    题名: 諮商心理師知覺與親職化案主的諮商關係變化之研究

    摘要: 本研究主要探究諮商心理師知覺與親職化案主的諮商關係，目的在了解諮商心理師知覺與親職化案主的諮商工作經驗、諮商關係變化，以及諮商關係轉化的因素。本研究採質性研究中詮釋學的觀點，以立意取樣的方式，邀請4位「具三年以上諮商工作」以及「曾在一年內或正在與親職化案主進行諮商，並有至少十次的諮商，且評估親職化案主有呈現自我分化的正向發展」的研究參與者，進行一次半結構式訪談，並運用主題分析法進行研究資料的歸納與分析。研究結果說明如下：
    一、諮商心理師知覺親職化案主具有以下特質：「糾結的家庭關係」、「優先滿足他人需求」及「關係中缺乏安全感」；而諮商心理師面對親職化案主的介入則會聚焦於：「增進自我覺察」、「鬆動照顧者的角色」及「鞏固正向的經驗」。
    二、諮商心理師知覺與親職化案主的諮商關係變化，並無一致的變化歷程，但諮商關係變化的趨勢分為：穩定上升，以及經歷下降再上升的諮商關係。
    三、諮商心理師知覺促使與親職化案主的諮商關係轉化，具有以下因素：「諮商心理師真實地回應」、「提供矯正性的經驗」、「案主更加穩定的狀態」，以及「形成安全依附」
    　　研究者依據本研究過程與結果，提出研究限制，並提供未來相關研究，以及諮商實務工作者的建議。
    The main focus of this study is to explore the counseling relationship between counselors and clients with parentification experiences, examining the counselor's perception and the factors that influence the transformation of the counseling relationship. The purpose of this study is to understand the counselor's experience, changes in the counseling relationship, and factors that contribute to the transformation of the relationship. This research adopts a qualitative hermeneutic perspective and uses purposive sampling to invite four participants who have at least three years of counseling experience and have provided counseling to parentification clients within the past year. The participants also must have had at least ten counseling sessions with their clients, and the clients must have demonstrated positive differentiation in their development. The study conducts semi-structured interviews and uses thematic analysis to analyze the research data. The results of the study are presented below:
    1. Counselors' perceptions of parentified clients include the following traits:"Entangled family relationships", "Prioritizing the needs of others", and "Lack of security in relationships". Counselors' interventions with parentified clients focus on "Enhancing self-awareness", "Loosening the caregiver's role", and "Strengthening positive experiences".
    2. The changes in the counseling relationship between counseling psychologists and parentified clients are not consistent in their developmental trajectory. However, the trend of changes in the counseling relationship can be categorized into two patterns: Steady increase and Experiencing a decrease followed by an upward trend in the counseling relationship.
    3. The factors that lead to the transformation of the counseling relationshipbetween counselors and parentified clients include "Counselors' genuineresponses", "Provision of corrective experiences", "More stable client states",and " Formation of secure attachment".
    　　Based on the research process and results, the researchers identified limitations of the study and provided suggestions for future research and counseling practitioners.
