摘要:	近期在美容領域興起了半永久紋繡項目，改善了傳統紋眉的缺點，因具有非永久性、眉型可變性高、色料天然等特性，紋繡成為妝容術的另類選擇。紋繡除了讓原生眉型淡化情況得以改善之外，在臉部的眉、眼、唇、鼻側與髮際線等部位施作，使得樣貌變成更立體有型，追求時尚者趨之若鶩，儼然已成為流行的風尚。隨著人們對紋繡的接受度增加，紋繡師的需求亦隨之而來。許多美容從業者想投入紋繡產業成為紋繡師，然而紋繡的技術門檻較高，必須參加的培訓課程繁多，檢視目前的紋繡教學系統較凌亂且課程品質良莠不齊，致使初學者無從選擇。本文半永久紋繡教學部分，研究市面上的紋繡課程，對國內三種不同型態的培訓機構之紋繡講師與學員做深度訪談，對紋繡培訓機構講師之訪談，分為「經濟景氣預測」、「永續發展策略」、「教育設計」等三大構面九大提綱設計；紋繡學習者之訪談則再增加「產業經營管理」構面，成為四大構面十三大提綱。使用服務設計領域之價值主張理論，製作價值地圖與顧客素描分析訪談結果，以其適配結果擬定最適化的紋繡教學課程系統。本文將釐清紋繡產業現階段面臨的問題及競爭情況，中國與臺灣的紋繡教學課程設計之發展趨勢，以及建構一套紋繡初學者可循序學習的教學流程，作為設計培訓紋繡師課程可行之方向。半永久紋繡創作論述部分，作者以近年從事半永久紋繡工藝之心得，研究紋繡實務的眉型定製方式，將真人眉型的紋繡分為霧眉、線條眉、線霧眉等三大系列。文中論述不同系列紋繡的風格、構圖大要、適用範圍與創作內涵，並且呈現作者紋繡創作之成果，期提升紋繡技法與定位其藝術價值。研究結果可作為紋繡師操作技法的參照，或提供給想做紋繡的顧客眉型選擇之參考。並得以用學術的專業與產業的實務相互做映證，提升紋繡產業的價值。 Recently, semi-permanent embroidery projects have emerged in the field of beauty, which improves the shortcomings of traditional eyebrow tattooing. Due to the characteristics of non-permanence, high variability of eyebrow shape, and natural color materials, semi-permanent embroidery has become an alternative choice for cosmetic surgery. In addition to improving the desalination of the original eyebrow shape, embroidery on the eyebrows, eyes, lips, nose and hairline of the face can make the appearance more three-dimensional and stylish. Some fashion people continue to pursue new shapes of embroidery that has become a popular trend. As people's acceptance of embroidery increases, so does the demand for embroiderers. Many beauty practitioners want to enter the embroidery industry to become an embroidery artist, but the technical threshold of embroidery is high, and there are many training courses that must be attended. The current embroidery teaching system is messy and the quality of the courses varies, making it impossible for beginners to choose. Based on the semi-permanent embroidery teaching section, the author has studied the embroidery courses on the market and conducted in-depth interviews with embroidery instructors and learners from three different types of training institutions in Taiwan in this research. For interviews with instructors of embroidery training institutions, the following three components and nine outlines were determined, namely “economic prosperity forecast”, “sustainable development strategy” and “education design”. The interviews with embroidery learners added the “industrial operation and management” component to become four components and thirteen outlines. Use the value proposition theory in the field of service design to make the value map and customer sketch from the interview results, and formulate an optimal embroidery teaching curriculum system. This will clarify the problems and competition faced by the embroidery industry at the current stage, the development trend of embroidery teaching curriculum design in China and Taiwan, and construct a set of teaching procedures that beginners in embroidery can learn step by step. The conclusion can be used as a feasible direction for the training process of embroidery artists. The creation section in this paper is based on the author's experience in semi-permanent embroidery to study the eyebrow customization method of embroidery practice in recent years, which is divided into three series: fog eyebrow, line eyebrow and line fog eyebrow. This research will discuss the individual styles, compositions, scopes of application and creative connotations for different series of embroidery. It also presents the achievements of the author's embroidery creation, hoping to improve the embroidery technique and position its artistic value. The research results can be used as a reference of operation techniques for the embroidery artists, or for customers who want to do embroidery to choose the eyebrow shape. In addition, academic profession and industrial practices reflect each other to enhance the value of the embroidery industry.
