    題名: 外送平台獎金制度與外送員工作承諾之研究

    摘要: 本研究問題是探討外送員與網路外送平台公司之間對於工作執行條件與獎金制定承諾。而網路外送平台公司的獎金制度變化調整對於外送員的服務品質之間是否也會有相關聯性,所以經由問券以及相關間接文獻之引用、新聞媒體的報導、社群網站的相關文章內容發現兩者之關係有一定的對價關係。
    本研究論文是透過問卷調查的方式,利用外送員的網路社群群組、Line群組、手機號碼簡訊發送、郵件發送的方式將問卷寄給外送員填寫。總共寄發了320份問卷,讓外送員針對該所屬的網路外送平台公司規範自己的工作標準、服務品質、外送距離、接單費用等進行填答。回收320份中,去除無效問卷沒填寫完成者46份,總共有效問卷為274份,回收率為86%。
    透過研究發現,外送員對於網路外送平台公司接單費用呈現正相關;外送距離與公司附加補助呈現正相關;服務品質與接單數量亦分別呈現正相關。
    在相關干擾變數的部分,網路外送平台公司擅自改變外送員獎金制度,評估後內容不利於外送員平均報酬薪資,這部分之干擾關係則無法獲得支持,所以會建議網路外送平台公司針對本論文評估下的報酬薪資可以做出通盤的討論並推算出最合理的條件。
    The research question of this study is to explore the commitments between the delivery staff and the online delivery platform company on the work execution conditions and bonuses. And whether the change and adjustment of the bonus system of the online delivery platform company will also have a correlation with the service quality of the delivery staff, so through questionnaires and related indirect literature citations, news media reports, and social networking sites. The content of the article found that the relationship between the two has a certain value relationship.

    This research paper is through a questionnaire survey, using the delivery staff's network community group, Line group, mobile phone number text message sending, and email sending to send the questionnaire to the delivery staff to fill out. A total of 320 questionnaires were sent out, and the delivery staff were asked to fill in the answers according to the work standards, service quality, delivery distance, order receiving fee, etc. of the online delivery platform company to which they belong. Among the 320 questionnaires recovered, 46 invalid questionnaires were removed, and there were 274 valid questionnaires in total, with a recovery rate of 86%.

    Through the research, it is found that the delivery staff has a positive correlation with the order fee of the online delivery platform company; the delivery distance is positively correlated with the company's additional subsidies; the service quality and the number of orders are also positively correlated.

    In the part related to interference variables, the online delivery platform company changed the bonus system of the delivery staff without authorization. After the evaluation, the content is not conducive to the average salary of the delivery staff. The interference relationship of this part cannot be supported, so it will recommend online delivery The platform company can conduct a comprehensive discussion on the remuneration and salary under the evaluation of this paper and calculate the most reasonable conditions.
