摘要: | 情緒表達展現了人的情感狀態,傳統社會的人際關係中、情緒表達傾向於避免衝突與重視他人意見之觀點為主,重視維持關係中的和諧,現代社會之人際互動過程的情緒表達則傾向於直接溝通,重視理解與表達的一致性。在每個人的情緒表達形式可能同時呈現傳統性與現代性、關係品質同時會影響到表達情緒意願之下,本研究旨在了解傳統性與現代性影響之下的心理特質、情緒表達衝突與人際和諧之關係變化,探討個人人際和諧觀點對於華人文化情境下之情緒調節的影響。本研究採用問卷調查法,經由網路問卷回收186份有效問卷,並以Pearson積差相關與階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得的研究結果如下:一、個人傳統性與情緒表達衝突呈正相關,與實性和諧呈負相關,與虛性和諧則無相關。二、個人現代性與情緒表達衝突呈無相關,與實性和諧呈正相關,與虛性和諧呈正相關。三、人際和諧的實性和諧、虛性和諧與情緒表達衝突皆呈無相關。四、人際和諧的實性和諧、虛性和諧與心理特徵的個人傳統性、個人現代性與情緒表達衝突之調節效果上,皆未呈現顯著。最後,本研究依據結果提出對諮商心理實務工作者、及未來之研究建議。
Emotional expression reveal a people's emotional state. In traditional social interpersonal relationships, emotional expression tends to avoid conflicts and value the opinions of others, and emphasizes maintaining harmony in relationships. Emotional expression in the process of interpersonal interaction in modern society tends to direct communication, emphasizing the consistency of understanding and expression. Under the circumstances that everyone’s emotional expression forms may present both traditionality and modernity, and relationship quality will also affect the willingness to express emotions. This research aims to understand the changes in the relationship between psychological traits, ambivalence over emotional expression, and interpersonal harmony under the influence of traditionality and modernity, and to explore the impact of personal interpersonal harmony views on emotion regulation in Chinese cultural contexts. This research adopts questionnaire survey, and receives 186 effective online questionnaires. The retrieved data was then analyzed with Pearson's product moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. And the findings are summarized as follows: 1. Ambivalence over emotional expression and individual traditionality are positively correlated, negatively correlated with the genuine harmony, and not correlated with the superficial harmony. 2. There is no correlation between individual modernity and ambivalence over emotional expression, positive correlation with genuine harmony, and positive correlation with imaginary harmony. 3. There is no relationship between the genuine harmony, superficial harmony and ambivalence over emotional expression of interpersonal harmony. 4. There is no significant adjustment effect on the genuine harmony, superficial harmony of interpersonal harmony, individual traditionality, individual modernity of psychological characteristics, and ambivalence over emotional expression. Finally, based on the results, this research puts forward suggestions for counseling psychology practitioners and future research. |
