本研究目的在探究網路遊戲成癮、學業拖延及執行功能間之相關,及執行功 能調節網路遊戲成癮與學業拖延間之關係情形。研究方法為透過網路平台以便利 抽樣方式,對台灣 18 至 24 歲之大專院校學生進行網路問卷之調查。研究工具包 含中文版 10 項網路遊戲成癮量表、中文版執行功能行為量表,及學業拖延量表 –短版等三份自陳式問卷。387 份有效問卷經由描述統計、相關,及階層迴歸分析 進行資料分析後之結果顯示,本研究之假設一:「網路遊戲成癮與學業拖延呈現 正相關」、假設二:「網路遊戲成癮與執行功能呈現負相關」及假設三:「執行 功能與學業拖延呈現負相關」皆獲得支持;然而,假設四:「執行功能高者,網 路遊戲成癮與執行功能之正相關小於執行功能低者」未獲得支持,執行功能之三 向度中,只有策略行動向度可調節網路遊戲成癮與學業拖延之相關,而組織規劃 與衝動控制兩向度則未呈現調節效果。最終,根據本研究之結果進行理論與實務 涵義之論述,俾供未來研究參考。
The study aims at investigating the relationship between internet gaming disorder, academic procrastination, and executive functions, along with whether executive functions have a moderating effect on the relationship between internet gaming disorder and academic procrastination. The study was conducted through a web-based convenience sample of aged 18 to 24 Taiwan university students (n=387) and three self- reported questionnaires including the Ten-Item Internet Gaming Disorder Test, the Chinese Version of the Executive Functions Behavior Scale, and the Academic Procrastination Scale Short Form consisted in study measurement. The results revealed that hypothesis 1 "Internet gaming disorder has a significant correlation with academic procrastination", hypothesis 2 "Internet gaming disorder has a negative correlation with executive functions", and hypothesis 3 "Executive functions have a negative correlation with academic procrastination" were all supported; however, hypothesis 4 "For those with high executive functions, the positive correlation between internet gaming disorder and academic procrastination is less than for those with low executive functions" was overthrown. Among the three dimensions of executive functions, only the strategic action dimension could moderate the association between internet gaming disorder and academic procrastination, while the organizational planning and impulse control dimensions did not have moderating effects. Eventually, suggestions along with explanations were put forward as a reference for future research and practices.
