摘要: | 目的:本研究旨在探索西方現代舞蹈中身體觀念的發展與變異。以現代舞蹈的身體觀為出發點,結合人體運動的理論與研究,並借鑒現代舞教學訓練中的體育運動專項訓練方法,以尋找適切的方式來傳遞和銜接不同身體訓練的方法。研究的最終目標是促進舞蹈訓練的科學性,優化舞者肢體的表達和表演能力,同時預防損傷,延長舞者的藝術壽命,並加強舞者的健康促進。期有助於豐富現代舞教學和表演領域的知識,並為舞蹈界提供實用的訓練方法和指導原則。同時,發掘舞蹈專業技法中對於身、心健康促進的因素,將現代舞教學方法、現代舞蹈教育理念應用於不同年齡大眾人群身心健康促進中,探索實踐應用方法及對專業舞蹈教育理念的積極促進功用。探索舞蹈對於兒童、不同年齡大眾人群身心健康促進的功用,及實踐應用方法。藉以拓展舞蹈除了作為一門表演藝術所具有審美價值意義以外,更具有塑造全民健康和諧的身體和生命形態的社會功用。方法:本研究採用質性研究方法,以教學經驗總結為主,側面觀察為輔,進行研究探討。首先,制訂研究主題,明確界定本研究的主要範圍。接著,進行相關資料的收集與整理分析,以獲取與研究相關的資訊和素材。在瞭解相關資料的基礎上,將所有資料匯整,進一步進行分析和討論。最後,針對研究結果,提出本研究的結論和建議,以期對相關領域的教學實踐和未來研究方向提供有價值的貢獻。將所有滿足現代舞身體開發的訓練方法發展成為真實情境下的現代舞蹈教學訓練方法。結論:本研究探討舞蹈教育的發展,強調其在專業和非專業領域中的重要性。在專業領域,我們提出了培養舞蹈人才的相關策略,包括擴大專業口徑、強化學科基礎和促進學科跨域。同時,我們也強調了舞蹈教育在普及群眾舞蹈藝術和社區舞蹈方面的作用,並將德育理念融入教學中。此外,本研究強調了科研成果對舞蹈教育的重要性,包括教學方法和創新實踐的探索,亦關注學生主體地位的重視,鼓勵學生獨立思考和表達意見。
Purpose: The aim of this research is to explore the development and variations of body concepts in Western contemporary dance. Starting from the body perspective in modern dance, this study combines theories and research on human body movement. It also draws inspiration from specialized training methods in sports to find suitable ways to transmit and integrate different forms of physical training. The goal of this research is to promote the scientific aspect of dance training, optimize dancers' physical expression and performance abilities, prevent injuries, extend dancers' artistic lifespan, and enhance dancers' health promotion. It is expected to enrich the knowledge in the field of modern dance education and performance and provide practical training methods and guiding principles for the dance community. At the same time, the author explores the factors that promote the health of body and mind in dance professional skills, applies the modern dance teaching method and modern dance education concept to the promotion of physical and mental health of people of different ages, explores the practical application method and the positive promotion function of professional dance education concept. The author also tries to explore the role of dance in promoting the physical and mental health of children and people of different ages, and how to apply it in practice In other words, in addition to the aesthetic value of dance as a performing art, it also has the social function of shaping the healthy and harmonious body and life form of the whole people. Methods: This study adopts a qualitative research approach, focusing on summarizing teaching experiences and using observational methods as a supplementary tool to conduct an exploratory investigation. Firstly, the research topic is formulated, and the main scope of the study is clearly defined. Subsequently, relevant data is collected, organized, and analyzed to obtain information and materials pertinent to the research. Building upon an understanding of the collected data, all information is synthesized to further analyze and discuss the findings. Finally, based on the research results, conclusions and recommendations are provided, aiming to contribute valuable insights to the field of instructional practices and future research directions. The goal is to develop training methods that meet the requirements for the development of contemporary dance technique into practical instructional approaches in reallife contexts. Conclusion: This research explores the development of dance education and emphasizes its importance in both professional and non-professional domains. In the professional realm, we propose relevant strategies for nurturing dance talent, including expanding professional pathways, strengthening disciplinary foundations, and promoting interdisciplinary approaches. Simultaneously, we also emphasize the role of dance education in popularizing dance arts among the general public and fostering community dance, while incorporating moral education concepts into teaching. Furthermore, this study highlights the significance of research outcomes in dance education, encompassing explorations of teaching methods and innovative practices, as well as a focus on valuing the student's agency, encouraging independent thinking, and expressing opinions. |
