| 摘要: | 臺灣人口結構與國民小學的新生入學率，經常是社會關注的焦點。人口社會影響及入學率減少是否衝擊到學校整體規劃議題。探討少子化的危機對校園閒置空間的影響。
因此，本研究以校園閒置空間做為研究主題，少子化浪潮首先衝擊是學生人數、班級數減少進而衍生出校園閒置空間。資源較少的偏鄉學校甚至需面臨裁併、廢校等問題。因此，為找出少子化所衍生的校園閒置問題，如何將空間再利用創造其最佳價值為本研究的主題。
本研究以城鄉地域分類，六都中以臺北市學生結構級距差異最大的老松國小為例。偏鄉地區以新北市石門區乾華國小活化閒置空間，成立全國第一所英速魔法學院為研究主題。也透過個案訪談，以 廢校的「闊瀨國小」修建而成的特色辦學「英速魔法學院」闊瀨校區為案例研究。
國外個案則以日本高知縣室戶市椎名小學室戶廢校水族館及德國柏林「舊校卡爾斯霍斯特」計畫為例，瞭解國內、外校園閒置空間創新成效與未解決之困境。研究所發現的校園閒置空間創新作法，可提供未來研究方向作為參考，進而達到整體校園閒置空間再利用永續發展的目標。
The demographic structure of Taiwan and the enrollment rate of national elementary schools are often the focus of public attention. The social impact of demographics and declining enrollment rates have had an impact on the overall planning of schools. The impact of the crisis of childbearing on the unused space in school is investigated.
Therefore, this study takes the idle space on campus as the research theme. The first impact of the wave of child rearing is the reduction of students and class sizes, which in turn leads to idle space on campus. Schools in rural areas with fewer resources are even facing problems such as mergers and abolition of schools. Therefore, in order to find out the problem of idle campus space caused by the childlessness, this study focuses on how to reuse the space to create its best value.
Among the six major cities, Lao Song Elementary School in Taipei City, which has the largest difference in student structure, was used as an example. In the rural areas, the study focuses on the revitalization of unused space at Qianhua Elementary School in Shimen District, New Taipei City, and the establishment of the nation's first New Taipei City English Wonderland. Through case studies, we also used the Kuolai campus of the Kuolai Elementary School, which was abandoned, as a case study.
In the case of the overseas case studies, we used the Murodo Abandoned School Aquarium of Shiina Elementary School in Murodo City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan and the "Old School Karlshorst" project in Berlin, Germany as examples to understand the effectiveness and unsolved dilemmas of the innovation of unused space in domestic and overseas campuses. The innovative practices of the unused space found in the study can be used as a reference for future research to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the overall reuse of unused space on campus. |
