摘要: | 本研究旨在探討助人工作者的恆毅力、主觀幸福感與職場疲勞之相關情形,以瞭解三者之關係。研究以助人工作者為研究參與者,使用問卷調查法,共回收392份有效問卷。調查所得資料以描述性統計分析、相關分析、內部一致性信度分析與中介效果分析等統計方法,進行資料處理與分析。研究結果為:恆毅力與主觀幸福感呈顯著正相關;恆毅力與職場疲勞呈顯著負相關;主觀幸福感與職場疲勞呈顯著負相關。主觀幸福感之「心理幸福感」、「情緒幸福感」及「社會幸福感」等因子,對恆毅力之「興趣一致性」因子與職場疲勞間存在部分中介效果;對恆毅力之「努力持續性」因子與職場疲勞間存在完全中介效果。最後,研究者根據研究結果進行討論,並提出建議供後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between grit, subject well-being and occupational burnout among professional helpers. A total of 392 valid questionnaires were collected through web-based sample from professional helpers. The data obtained from the survey were processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, internal consistency reliability analysis, and mediation effect analysis. The results of this study showed that: the grit of professional helpers was significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being; the grit of professional helpers was significantly and negatively correlated with occupational burnout; and subjective well-being was significantly and negatively correlated with occupational burnout. The factors of subject well-being, including ''psychological well-being'', ''social well-being'' and ''emotional well-being'' had partially mediation effect between consistency of interests and occupational burnout. And The factors of subject well-being, including ''psychological well-being'', ''social well-being'' and ''emotional well-being'' had complete mediation effect between the perseverance of effort and occupational burnout. Finally, the researcher makes several recommendations regarding the results of this study to provide reference for future research or practical applications. |
